Overview

Tau Medical is seeking a well-organized and forward-thinking R&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration, manage research assets, and support scientific communication as part of our growing innovation team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intellectual property (IP) records and strategy
• Coordinate collaborative R&D projects across institutions and teams
• Organize and maintain research data and physical assets
• Prepare presentations for seminars and conferences
• Support the writing of scientific papers and reports


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Proven project management experience, ideally in a research or engineering

  environment
• Ability to structure, analyze, and organize complex R&D data
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a cooperative and proactive mindset
• Clear and effective writing skills for documentation and presentation


Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in natural sciences or engineering
• Basic understanding of biology, physiology, or anatomy
• Experience in animal studies or pre-clinical safety and efficacy evaluations
• Familiarity with scientific writing, publication support, or R&D planning
• Fluency in Korean or English
